چکیده
Abstract Background Endophytic bacteria have been demonstrated to be one of the most potentially important biocontrol agents for their efficiently improved plant growth and protection host plants from infection by phytopathogens. Results Nine strains endophytic isolated Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. ( G. ) seeds were screened inhibitory effect against 5 fungal phytopathogens using dual culture method. Among which, isolate FT 2 showed highest percentage inhibition all test Detached root assay that significantly reduced disease index rotted area on Angelica sinensis slices caused Fusarium acuminatum . also exhibited multiple promotion traits qualitative analytical Based phenotypic, physiological biochemical characterization genotypic characterization, strain was identified as Stenotrophomonas rhizophila Application Cucumber Wilt, equal chemical fungicide, carbendazim. Moreover, increased height, stem diameter, leaf number fresh weight cucumber seedlings activities defense-related enzymes including phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, polyphenol oxidase peroxidase. In addition, could promote seed germination seedling increase enzyme activities, available nutrient contents bacterial count in rhizosphere soil. Conclusions The results used develop environmentally friendly microbial products improve activity pathogenic growth.

Seven isolates of bacteria (SRI-156, SRI-158, SRI-178, SRI-211, SRI-229, SRI-305 and SRI-360) were earlier reported by us as having potential for biocontrol of charcoal rot of sorghum and plant growth promotion (PGP) of the plant. In the present study, the seven isolates were characterized for their physiological traits (tolerance to salinity, pH, temperature and resistance to antibiotics and f...

Studies highlighting the colonization and plant growth-promoting ability of endophytic bacteria inoculated into nonnative plant hosts reviewed and presented in this chapter. Endophytic bacteria, especially those related to the genus Bacillus, Burkholderia, Enterobacter, Gluconacetobacter, Herbaspirillum, Paenibacillus, Pseudomonas have been reported to form endophytic colonies in roots and shoo...
متن کاملDiversity of propanil-degrading bacteria isolated from rice rhizosphere and their potential for plant growth promotion.
The herbicide propanil has long been used in rice production in southern Brazil. Bacteria isolated from contaminated soils in Massaranduba, Santa Catarina, Brazil, were found to be able to grow in the presence of propanil, using this compound as a carbon source. Thirty strains were identified as Pseudomonas (86.7%), Serratia (10.0%), and Acinetobacter (3.3%), based on phylogenetic analysis ...

From the roots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, two new pterocarpenes, glycyrrhizol A (1) and glycyrrhizol B (2), along with four known isoflavonoids, 5-O-methylglycryol (3), isoglycyrol (4), 6,8-diisoprenyl-5,7,4'-trihydroxyisoflavone (5), and gancaonin G (6), were isolated using a bioassay-guided fractionation method. The structures of the new compounds (1and 2) were elucidated by spectroscopic data...
